Products purchased may be returned in exchange for store credit, in accordance with our return policy requirements, so long as we have been contacted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS.
All garments are to be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original undamaged packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
If the reason for return is that you have received a faulty, not as described, or damaged product, return postage costs will be prepaid for you, however, depending on the cost of your return, you may be encouraged to purchase some level of additional shipping insurance yourself in order to mitigate risks (see bottom line marked *).
If, on the other hand, you desire to return the product for any other reason within the allotted time frame, you will be responsible for covering the full return shipping costs.
Sydney Duncan reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not in accordance with our policy. If your return is not in accordance, store credit will be nil and your order will be shipped back to you at your cost.
If you wish to begin the returns process, contact sydneyleeduncan@icloud.com. Please include both your order number and your reason for returning, as well as attach photos of any damaged products. Returns will be processed within 10 days of our studio having received your returned parcel.
