Products purchased online may be returned in exchange for store credit, in accordance with our return policy requirements, within 10 days from the date of delivery and ONLY after you have contacted us to discuss the issue (e.g. incorrect sizing) and we have replied with further instruction. As a traveling studio, this is crucial so that your return is shipped to the most up to date address and therefor your store credit will be validated.
You will not be penalized for the "10 days from date of delivery" if our response time exceeds 2 days, and will be granted a 10 day extension.
All garments are to be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original undamaged packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
Sydney Duncan reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not in accordance with our policy. If your return is not in accordance, store credit will be nil and your order will be shipped back to you at your cost.
